Feb 10th
Grandma, Grandpa & Aunt Sue-Sue made it to San Diego and are on the ship for their cruise. I know that Grandma & Grandpa's flight was delayed by about 3 hours so I'm not sure if they got to see Rebecca or not. Rebecca or Aunt Meg - do you know......
Grandpa is feeling a little better but is still walking slow. I'm hoping that the warm weather will help! This is a long cruise - 2 weeks - they won't be home until Feb 24th.
I heard the flu is going around Uncle Scott's house.
Anyone else have any news about their families???
Pitchers report to Spring Training this week! Anxious to start reading about them! Go Cubs!!

Hey guys,
I just figured I'd write really quick so that SOMEONE represents my part of the family. Thanks again Aunt Deb for getting this started up again. It's nice to feel connected to the family in someway out here. I did get to see grandma,grandpa and Aunt Sue Sue before they took off their for their cruise. It worked out well so if anyone else is taking a cruise from San Diego, come visit! I did make it through SERE, it's not something we are supposed to talk a lot about, but you guys can google it. It's some pretty rough POW-type training. I really enjoy my new squadron but I probably won't be deploying until January. I'm pretty sure that the rest of my family is doing well, hopefully they'll take the initiative and let you guys know themselves. Take care!
