Life

Hi all - no pic's this time in fact not much to say. I haven't heard from anyone. (hint hint)
Does anyone know how Rebecca did? She was supposed to find out if she will be flying helicopters or planes last week.

Sarah started school this week. She goes back to work this week so she will start to get back into a routine.
Ryan doesn't start school for a few weeks yet so he is still working. He is still thinking of Grad school and talking to his prof at NCC.
Matt started teaching this past week. He sure loves it. He is trying to get into a routine. I think teachers get just as nervous as kids do to go back to school. :)
Bethany had her Sunday School rally day today. Matt said it went well and the had a great turn out. Always a good thing! I know Bethany worked real hard to get to go smooth. Matt seemed to have fun playing with the kids.

Tidbits
A year ago this coming weekend we were in Colorado for Jill & Markus' wedding. They will be married 1 year Sept 4th!
Talia is having another girl. I think she is due in November.
Tara is due sometime around Sept 14th. They don't know what they are having.
Jenny - a friend of ours has a full time job in Cincinnati. We saw Brian and Jenny when we were in Cincinnati. Brian is 2 years older than Matt.
Another friend of ours, Danielle is leaving for college next weekend - Carroll college in Wisconsin. She is excited but it is always hard to leave home.
Kate has a brand new house and is living by herself. She has a job that she can do at home. Grandma says the house looks really neat.

    Hey Aunt Deb and fam,
Thanks for remembering about the selection..Well due to bad weather, I didn't get my flights done in time to find out last thursday. But Friday night, I had my last two flights so I AM going to find out this upcoming thursday. I have two instructors recommending me for helicopters since that's what I want, so hopefully that will help. Anyways, I will probably write you guys and let you know. I did find a website where people post random videos, it's www.youtube.com and if you type in "turbomentor" there is a video on a T-34 solo formation flight. In case you guys wanted to see one of the things I got to do in training. Fortunately I do not know the individuals in the video, they are, um, unique, but that (T-34) is the plane I flew and they are doing somethinga flight that I got to do, they just don't look as cool! It was great seeing you guys last weekend, even for a short time, and hopefully I'll be posting good news soon! Take care!

    Rebecca

Since Aunt Deb seems to think that people don't know how to leave comments, I will explain, even tho, Aunt Deb did a pretty good job explaining.... all you have to do is: click on the comments on the main page, type your comment where it says: leave comment, for choose an identity just click on other, then you can put in your Name where it says: Name :) then click where it says Publish your comment! Wa La It's done!! So now no one has excuses why they are not leaving comments! Aunt Deb should be happy :) Hope everyone is doing well!!

    Hi all,
Thank you Debbie for remembering our anniversary. Markus and I really enjoyed having an opportunity to see so many of you for our special weekend! We are actually going back to Colorado for our anniversary, so I will update everyone about my mom and Todd when we return. Maybe I convince Todd to update you himself, but he is a little computer-phobic.
In other news, we broke ground on our new home this week. Unfortunately, it was right before the rains came so now we have a "swimming pool" instead of a basement. Have a great holiday weekend! -Jill
